  • Please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 7 days of receipt of merchandise.
  • Returns received without prior authorization, are considered forfeited.
  • RMA numbers are valid for 15 days.
  • Please write the RMA number on the outside of the returning carton(s).  
  • Include inside the box, the RMA number, name, address, phone, email, and pay pal user id so that we may properly credit your account.
  • Non-defective items can be returned unopened for credit less shipping, Pay Pal fees, and eBay fees incurred.
  • Physical damage to any product will void the return policy.
  • Customer agrees that all returned products will be 100% complete, in re-saleable condition, and will include the original packaging material and
    any other accessories provided by the manufacture.
  • Customers agree to pay all shipping charges and accept all risk of loss for the return products during shipment. Use a carrier that can track
    packages when returning merchandise. Catskill CD Service will not be responsible for any shipping loss from your side.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable. Buyer is always responsible for return shipping costs and insurance. Catskill CD Service will not reimburse
    any customer return shipping cost. Shipping costs are refunded only if the return is a result of a wrong shipment. In order to keep our prices low
    and competitive we are unable to issue a refund for any return postage. You will be responsible to return any item(s) back to us at your cost for us
    to process your request for either a refund or exchange.
  • A 20% restocking fee will be applied to returns if it is a result of customer's error.
  • Catskill CD Service reserves the right to refuse service violating our return policy. Catskill CD Service will reject the entire return or may choose to
    impose additional charges against the customer for replacement of any missing components. The same applies if the product has scratches,
    dents or excessive wear.
  • Please allow 2-7 days for processing of all refunds or replacements.
  • Please note not all items are covered by our return policy.

The following conditions and items will not be accepted for returns or refund:
Personalized items are non-returnable, non-refundable. Customers are given the opportunity to approve final designs before printing begins, via email.
The approval is a written authorization to begin production. If you discover any errors AFTER printing/shipping, we are not held liable. Customers are
financially responsible for all printed matter AFTER approval is submitted, including re-prints. Please check over all proofs carefully before giving your
final approval.
Personalized items contain top-grade quality ink. With each ink cartridge change-out, "slight" shade changes can occur while during a printing job. These
shade differences will be minimal - you may or may not notice them, but we need to state this as part of our return policy. If you find any CD('s) that appear
lighter or darker than others, this is 100% completely normal and does not make them wrong, defective, or returnable. Every CD we print is to your
approved design. Ink is man-made and we do the best we can to make sure your CDs print out as close to the approved design as possible with the
professionalism and elegant results you expect.

Any items that are returned more than 7 days after delivery.
Any items that are not in their original condition, physically damaged, or missing parts.
Any DVD and CD media that has been custom printed by customers on the surface of the media.
Any burned DVD or CD media.
Any DVD or CD samplers.
Any labels, photo papers that have been printed or used.
We will notify you via e-mail, of your refund, once we have received and processed the returned item(s).

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer
to sell. Catskill CD Service reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the
quantity you ordered of any item.

  • You may call us or email us, or request a quote here.
  • CD Duplication requires completion of CD Order Form mailed or scanned PRIOR to production.
  • We will send you an estimate within 48 business business hours after receiving request.
  • Send us photo, master CD (if applicable), and complete payment to begin processing sample CD for approval.
  • CD Sample will be emailed to you for approval.
  • Production time is 10 business days from date we receive your final approval. Rush ordering is available, contact us for a quote.
  • We  will notify you via email when order is complete via email including ship confirmation number.

Payment in full is required to begin production. We accept Pay Pal, US Postal Money Orders, Cashiers Checks, personal and business checks.

  • Credit Cards: We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover via pay pal only. There is a surcharge of
    $3.00 to make purchases via Pay Pal. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone
    number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order.
  • Money Orders, Cashier’s Checks, Company Checks, & Personal Checks: Catskill CD accepts money orders, cashier’s checks, and company
    checks in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier’s check. For company checks, please allow up to 10
    banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds
    clear or payment is received. We will charge a $15 fee on all returned checks.

  • We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Catskill CD Service or other parties only as
    an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
  • Shipping charges are based on weight and zip code.
  • We use the United States Postal System as our primary carrier. In some cases, we will use DHL or UPS. USPS offers a  "Delivery Confirmation"
    which is a dated notification that the package has been setup for shipment. This is also the date your order is given to the post office. This

  • Free Shipping delivery range is up to 20 days. Please choose best ship method for your needs.
  • Express shipping is always available for overnight requests.
  • CD's are always carefully packaged and secured, however, we strongly suggest purchasing shipping insurance in the event of a lost or damaged
    shipment as we are not responsible for any package once it leaves our facility.
  • All orders are shipped via FOB FACTORY. The customer owns the merchandise once it leaves the shippers facility. We are not responsible for
    transit times. It is up to the customer to follow up on the shipment once it leaves the facility. We do not track packages, follow up with the post office
    or handle lost/damaged shipment issues unless the customer has purchased insurance and we failed to insure the package. Loss or damage in
    shipping is legally the responsibility of the party who has ownership, which on FOB factory shipments is the customer. Insurance is highly
    recommended.
